All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for two people for a 2-night stay at The Torridon, Wester Ross, on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis valid between 1st October 2009 and 1st December 2009 and 1st October 2010 and December 2010. Prize also includes 1 x wildlife cruise for 2 people aboard the Summer Queen valid until 1st November 2010 and 2 adult passes for the National Trust Gardens at Inverewe valid until 1st December 2011

Prize also includes £150 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.

9. The prize does not include any travel insurance or any other expenses and must be taken in full by the 1st November 2010.
10. The wildlife cruise on the Summer Queen is subject to availability, is weather dependant and must be taken from April to November 2010. Prizewinner will board the cruiser at the pier in Ullapool.
11. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, subject to change, are weather dependant and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
12. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 30.10.09 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
