Will no other lender offer you a better deal?
you really dont get how bad these people are do you, they use the rule of 78 for settlement of loans thereby traping you in
they mis sold PPI and argue it all the way to stop paying out.
they lent into the market irresponsably so NO
and to cap it all they then seek over the term of the loan to increase rates.

This sector is by far the worst in the secured loan field, the effect is to penalize those that can least afford it, the effect is compounded by harsh action re possession claims that mean daily families buckle under the strain and breakup, daily people loss their homes, this involves social and future monetary cost for all of us and I urge everyone directly or indirectly to pull together here for the common good and take five minutes of your time to sign.0 -

Bit worrying that FPC is down. The conspiracist in me thinks that Barclays have planted a virus
Bit of news today, my adjudicator at the ombudsman service has said mt case has been referred to a specialist team. Not sure why, he wouldn't say, just said it was due to the nature of the complaint.
Oh well maybe longer to wait but mayve this is a good thing as it might be being looked at alongside other similar complaints and hopefully the OFT are the FOS are actually talking to each other.
Alongside the Super Complaint sent last week there maybe action soon.
Copy of letter
I write with reference to our earlier correspondence and to advise you that due to the nature of your complaint the file has now been passed to a specialist team for consideration.
An adjudicator from that team will be in contact with you shortly to discuss your complaint.
I apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.0 -
