Problem with argos and ipod touch

:mad:Bought an ipod touch from argos yesterday and noticed it has a dead pixel on the screen and dust also under the screen,took it back to argos today and they are saying they cant see the dead pixel but can see the speck of dust but refuse to give me an exchange saying they have to send it to apple for repair which can take 10 days:mad: am i entitled for an exchange srtaight away only bought it yesterday,surely dont have to wait ten days:mad:

Go back and make a great big fuss, they hate that, always works for me in Argos. Or go to another branch where they are nicer, some branches change without a quibble, other have rottweilers on the refund desk. You should be able to take it back for a refund within a certain number of days, some stores it's 14, others 28, check your receipt.
