Wireless Internet -help

Hi
I am using DELL Latitude PP01L laptop using NTL internet broadband connection. I want to use wireless internet connection and do not have any knowledge about it. So could you please help me about following:

1. Which tools will i need (modem etc)?
2. Where can I find those tools the cheapest?

I think your laptop does not have wireless built in so you need to buy either a wireless USB dongle or a PCMCIA cardbus adapter, I'd go for a cardbus adapter which look like this one
