Yep. Find your music in the iTunes music folder, and copy it all over to the iTunes music folder on the new computer. (Assuming you've already installed iTunes.)
Then, copy over the iTunes library data (That's all that stuff outside of the iTunes music folder)
Then, hold down shift on the new computer, while double clicking the iTunes icon. Choose the option to use an existing library, and find the library file in the new iTunes folder. Select it, and you're done!
Make sure though that everything on the new computer is in the same location as the old computer otherwise it might not work i.e. C:/Music/iTunes or whatever it might be.
Don't delete the music off the old computer until you know it works though! lolNorthern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -

You're never going to e-mail 10 or 20 GB worth of music! Unless you only have about 2 tracks in iTunes. You'll need an external hard drive to copy everything over, or something like a USB pen drive.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -
If you have the new version of iTunes (iTunes 9) on both computers then you can use the new feature called home sharing. This allows you to drag and drop music between computers within the same network.
An article about how to use it can be found on Apple's website here:

The new version of iTunes can be installed using Apple software update or can be downloaded directly from here:

So how are you moving any other data from the old PC to the new?
You can move it via an ethernet connection (i.e home network), by memory stick, CD or DVD. Your choice will depend on the size of your library. Tell us what size the library is and a better idea can be given.
If you're moving a lots of other data as well as your music, you can use the Windows Easy Transfer software, and buy a data cable to connect the two (about £15).No free lunch, and no free laptop

OK...i'll try CD/DVD. So can i just send the library to a blank CD/DVD then load it onto new computer?0

Stop right there - what size is the Library? - it'll tell you at the bottom of the iTunes screen. You don't want to waste loads of CDs or DVDs.0
