As it says in the title success with the FOS.
I wrote to Capital One asking for my charges to be refunded of £250.00 (inc. interest) a few months back. They offered £80.00 and refused to budge.
About 6 weeks ago I wrote to the FOS and yesterday received a letter saying that Capital One are prepared to pay the full amount I was asking for in the first place - including the interest :j
My plan B was MCOL but I am so pleased, all it took was a form and a letter and no court fee.
