If the landlord does agree to release you early get all agreements in writing from the landlord including stating the date you will stop being liable for rent.
Otherwise as I said you don't have to leave when the S21 says so either way you won't have to move too near May 5th.0 -
another way might be if you could find another tenant to take your place - if the LL/LA agree then you could move much sooner
talk to your LL - the LA wont want to know....0 -
I think we will just have to appeal to our landlords better nature..I wouldnt want to stay longer than our tenancy agreement as we pride ourselves on being good tenants and wouldnt want to blot our copysheet...also I doubt we would get any one else to rent for such a short space of time0
