Lloyds TSB Charges

Hello,
I was looking for some advice, if anyone could help please. I requested a refund of my bank charges on the 10th August from Lloyds TSB. I am suffering somewhat severe financial hardship at the moment and I made them aware of this when I requested it.
I received a reply on 24th August, telling me that they are sorry that I am unhappy, but that they are not paying out any bank charges until the test case is over. They have also stated that if I were to attempt to reclaim my charges through the court, that they will be requesting that the courts withhold any further cases regarding bank charges until the test case is over.
They have also suggested to me, that as I am suffering financial hardship, that I should contact their collections team, who can assist me. I have not actually been a Lloyds TSB customer for a couple of years, so this is ridiculous!
Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do next please?
Many thanks in advance of your help.

Kalenn, whilst you may be sufferering severe hardship it's not with LloydsTSB since as you stated before you don't bank with them now so you need to concentrate if you haven't on the bank account that you have now.0
