i nearly had a heart attack this morning as i phoned french connection up to enquire about my order and they told me it had been rejected _pale_

I placed my order first thing yesterday morning and had an e-mail to confirm my order. Having not yet had a dispatch e-mail I have just called up to be told sorry they have sold out and a letter has been sent to advise me of this. They did say they tried to call me ( they haven't, no missed calls or messages left ) so it may be worth checking as its more than likely I am not the only one

Thanks trinnylilac, after reading your post I thought I'd phone to check too as I also ordered yesterday morning but hadn't had a dispatch email. I was also told that my order has been cancelled and a letter had been sent to advise me of this!!

I thought it might not just be me.. How annoying.

I've had no email for despatch, I'm pretty much convinced my order will be cancelled...spent too long ummin and aaaring whether to buy. Someone did post early on to say they said the online stock info was behind so kind of expecting cancellation.

i would give them a ring if i was you on 01792784150 as i think they close at 8pm. i haven't received a despatch email either but they told me it has been despatched today.

Never received any email confirmation of my order (although thinking about it I may have given the wrong email address ) but received my dress this morning!
