Hi have you checked it didn't go straight into your junk email folder? Sometimes when i sign upto a new website the emails go straight into the junk folder and i have to mark them as safe before they go straight to my inbox, thought it might be worth suggesting just in case 0 -

ooooh just got one in a 16 though so for once I'm pleased to be a bigger size! although I am actually a 14 and FCUK come up tiny on me... Or I'm kidding myself! Either way I am really please - thanks OP! If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0

yay, got one this morning, thanks op and everyone, really pleased!
ordered a 12 but not sure if i should have ordered a 10, prefer it to be too big than too small though and am off to the states on hol so will probably put on a few pounds
i guess worst case you can send it back or put it on ebay. love the colour though!
