Thank you! I guess you could say we compromised - I said I was happy to go on mini travels for the duration of the summer hols cos I'm a teacher... but to be honest, every time we go on holiday we miss our cats so much we're dying to get back home, so we shall see... who knows my wicked plan may have worked and it'll be luxury hols forever and ever?! Only joking - he hates his job and just wants to get away so if it'll make him happy I'd actually go anywhere... and that's what it's all about :-)

Congratulations, I got married on 09/09/09 after 10 years together, and surprisingly it was very easy to book, in fact I only booked it 6 weeks before, only one couple had booked and there were still plenty of slots available. However it was a Wednesday so probably easier to book.
