Ltd company owes me a refund but it's wound up?

I bought something online from a limited company back in July. Anyway I was promised a refund and queried it today but it turns out that the company has since ceased trading and has been wound up.
What are the chances I can get my refund?
It's for £20 and didn't pay on credit card unfortunately.

Yes, you fill in a form for the adminitrators and any proceeds left after they have paid their bill will be shared pro-rata between all creditors.
I might add that the administrators bill usuallly comes to the same amount as any proceeds they raise from the sale of assets etc. :rolleyes:Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
