Roof rack for Galaxy ghia (new shape)?
DH says he wants a roof rack for his birthday:o:rolleyes:
He has a new shape Galaxy ghia.
Do I have to go to Ford?
Do other places sell Ford roof racks cheaper?
Probably not I guess
I know nothing about stuff like this & would be grateful if someone could offer their knowledge.
He also said something about "rails" are these extra to the roof rack?
I would like to surprise him by sorting it out for him;)

£129.95 for a kit with aero barsThe man without a signature.0 -
I've seen lots of people with 'canoes' on top of their vehicles - if that is what you mean... It would seem that it is a popular sport nowadays...

Meanwhile, re OH birthday, wouldn't he prefer something you bought from Ann Summers? A roof rack is hardly exciting...

Is there much difference between those bars
Oval one is silver, square one is black

Depends what you want to carry. Obviously the Aero bars look better, but the square bars are much tougher and resilient to marking as they have a thick plastic coating. The Aero bars have a T slot on the top so you can mount certain accessories better and neater, but this means removing the rubber trim that fits on top = loads of whistling. The man without a signature.0 -
