Disgo Net Browser 3000

Hi All,
I was just after a bit of help and advice about the Disgo Net Browser 3000 which is available on play.com for £95 here http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/10823678/Disgo-Net-Browser-3000-64MB-2GB-7-Windows-CE-Netbook/Product.html?&engine=froogle_pc&keyword=Disgo+Net+Browser+3000+%2F+64MB+%2F+2GB+%2F+7%22+%2F+Windows+CE+%2F+Netbook&_$ja=tsid:11518%7Ccc:%7Cprd:10823678%7Ccat:Computers
My old boss is on the look out for a cheap notebook where he can have a quick surf and e-mail, just to keep in touch etc.
He has come across this one.
It will be mainly for when he is out and about and he would only be making notes for work etc and surfing, nothing too taxing.
However, I'm not overly sure of how well it will be able to handle everything.
From what I can see, it says:
Please note: The Net Browser cannot be used for Online Gaming or otherwise. The Net Browser will not be able to display Flash-based websites. Not suitable for corporate email access. Not suitable for use
with broadband dongles
So mobile broadband etc is a no no from what I understand.
So it would appear that it is only possible to connect to the internet where there is wifi about.
Please can you all advise/help me as well as confirm or deny what I've said!

Have a look at the reviews. Basically, it's a toy computer.
You'd probably do better looking at refurbished netbooks, eg from LaptopsDirect...0
