Exchange rates:
I use the Nationwide flex account debit card when I go on Holiday - it's brilliant just pay in a load of dosh before you go and withdraw it locally without charges.
I always take an amount of currency with me but am so inspired by this site I want to know if I can pay even less on currency conversion.
I'm off to Turkey next week.
Does anyone know if I'm better off:
A: Converting my cash to T Lira here at the exchange rate on the day or
B: Putting my money in the Nationwide flex account and withdrawing it locally at whatever rate they convert it to?
Am I just being far too greedy:o :undecided

You ALWAYS get a better exchange rate abroad using the Flex and no commission either.
Safer too than carrying loads of money around
