Studying Abroad help

hey guys,

I have to study abroad next year (Egypt), which luckily has a good exchange rate for money £1 = 10 egyption pounds. But the fact that I am studying in Cairo means accomodation is gonna be expensive.

My Uni will cover the fees over there and I am getting a higher education grant, however i was wondering if there is any other help I can receive?

Oh yeh I applied for a travel grant, but I don't think I will get any money from them, because it says that they will pay for the cost of travel over £285 i.e. If it costs more than that, which I don't think it will.

I got an Erasmus grant. I don't know if you can get one for Egypt tho.
