first of all my daughters husband and left for good but the only thing they have in joint names is the television(hire purchase)he dosent want it no more ,what are her rights to put the hire purchase in her name

no the television is in joint names,she wants to know if she can change the agreement to her own name,he as left her with all the debts ,all she wants advice on what to do with anything in joint names(like i say the only thing they have in joint names is the television)thank you for qiuck reply
