Okay! Thats It!
I think i'm suffering from anxiety.. I feel sick alot but i'm never actually sick, My stomach goes 'mental' on me everyday and when i'm about to do something i've never done before i feel very nervous and sick, so much so that starting uni a couple years ago was very hard for me.
My parents have just ended there 2 year messy divorce. I think some of me feeling sick is down to stress of the divorce.
I'm starting to get very annoyed that i'm now beginning to feel nervous about seeing my boyfriend and going on holiday with my friends. Its starting to get where i'm now nervous of things i've already done!
Anyway! Before I go back to uni in a couple of weeks i've decided to try sort things out myself! I think it might have something to do with what i'm eating and being a student usually noodles are on the menu!
I've decided to go for 2 weeks just eating healthy things and making healthy meals.. I'm going to post everyday with what i've eaten and possibly recipes if people think they wana try it.
I'm hoping that some of you on here would wanna do this with me? And after 2 weeks decide if its actually helped any of us in some way? Whether you're loosing weight, suffer from anxiety or just fancy eating healthy please come join me and we can support each other
Thanks Everyone!

Hi MSS
You sound like you have a good plan! Writing it up for the world to see will help you stick to it!
I'm trying to be good - but only during the week while my OH is away ....my current plan - which has worked for two weeks so far is:
Breakfast: 1/3 pot of plain low fat yoghurt (Asda and Tesco both do a value 500ml pot for under 50p - i buy two a week so these last me for 6 days) with a teaspoonful of tesco value honey. To drink I have a glass of orange juice (2 x 1.5 litres @ for £2.50 at tesco) and a pint of water.
Mid morning: Cup of nice black coffee (the only one of the day - I don't think cutting it out totally in neccessary!!!)
Lunch: Two slices of wholemeal toast (from uncut loaf 2 for £1.50 Tesco) no butter or marg, with two eggs either scrambled or boiled and mushed up on the toast - simply seasoned with salt and pepper...or a tin of sardines smashed up (asda 18p) Pint of water
Dinner at the moment I am working my way through our freezer and finishing up all the bulk cooked meals that I find..... hand in freezer.... bag comes out ...defrost in microwave and eat whatever it is - adding either wholewheat pasta or brown rice - depending on what i think might be in the bag (I really must start to label stuff :rotfl:) it tends to be soup, bolognese, lentil dahl and to drink - more water or maybe a caffiene free diet coke - my only vice!
I've lost 7lb in two weeks and that wasn't really my intention but yay anyway:j
The first two weeks will pass really quickly and because you'll feel so good for sticking to it it will make it easier to eat more healthily and MSE styley going forward...
When you go back to uni are you in halls or in a shared house (or are you living at home?) and are you going to be able to do any bulk cooking.
When I was a student my favourite quicky meal was "MUSH", it's basic ingredients were onions, mushrooms and pepper chopped up finely and fried up a little, add a tin of butter beans (or chick peas or kidney beans), a tin or two of tomatoes, a pint of stock and top it up with cous cous...i had it either with rice or pasta with fresh veg on the side, or on toast for lunch, or added a little more stock to make it soup - adding a little garam masala, chilli or smoked paprika to change to the flavour it was a very quick and easy meal and it isn't too unhealthy - and it froze well when i made daft quantities!
Keep up the good work!
Edited to add: have you visited the old style board - they always have great advice for money saving recipes and batch cooking!
