07744 Personal Numbers

It has been recorded that 070 numbers are personal numbers not mobile numbers and thus not included in inclusive minutes.
?I have now discovered that numbers starting 07744 may also be personal numbers - this despite the ofcom website stating that all numbers starting 077 are mobile numbers. This number got me charged 50p/minute by Three - you have been warned.
Does anyone know of anyothers?

07744 certainly looks odd compared to other 077 numbers as do 07723 07755 07781 07782 and 07797.

Two very useful links. Tho it seems different companies charge in different ways (ie some mobile companies count these as mobile calls and some do not).

Of course if any one knows why ofcom managed to end up with such a mishmash of similar numbers at different rates it would be interesting to hear :-)
