Permission to let with RBS

Hi
I bought a flat a couple of months ago. I have a lodger at the moment in the spare room. Due to personal circumstances, I am thinking about letting out the property for up to a year. Has anyone had any experience of this with RBS? What are the conditions for them allowing a permission? Would I have to live in the property for a longer period before they would allow me to do this?
Many thanks

I have just remortgaged with RBS and spoke to them about renting out my property in the near furture. They were happy to let me do this, I had to pay £100 and they did send out a letter with condititions on it. Ill have to have a look and see what they were. Have not got it to hand at the moment.0
