Default settings for brother printer

I just installed a second tray for my Brother all in one printer
model MFC-9440CN
but I can't configure the default settings to do what I want.

I need the 1st page from tray 1 and the 2nd page from tray 2 but it just seems to use the paper source set for the first page, it's very frustrating can anyone shed any light on this

I did call brother but they aren't there until monday morning.

I tried the link but it wont load, (see below) what is it please?
