Barring outgoing calls to mobiles from a landline

Hi

does anyone know if there is a way to do this? I am with Utility Warehouse, not BT.

My handset will allow me to block all but local numbers, but I only want to block mobile numbers.

Not sure how to do that, but I remember a friend had her phone so you could only make a phonecall by entering a pin no. so her mum had to enter the code before any calls can be made. Obviously 999 can still be dialled. I also seem to remember someone saying that they all had a seperate pin no. in their household so they knew who was making which calls, which meant they would get in trouble if they dialled mobiles.

Their is prob an easier way than this though. All I know is my mum wouldn't let us ring mobiles in the early days as they were so expensive, and she would sit us down with the phonebill if any had been rung, and work out who had rung it, by getting us to check all our friends numbers lol! If the culprit couldn't be found then we would have to split the cost between my brother and I. It seemed harsh/ petty at the time (though the cost was usually in the region of £1-£2, but once was £10) but now as an adult I can appreciate her making us take responsibility of our actions.
