I think access to sites such as this are useful tool that previous generations never had. I find far more people invest in the stock market or BTLs than have ever done, or would have considered, in the past.

I agree that sites like this are very useful to young people but they still have to use them. I suspect a lot of people look at the site once then go away.

I few of my work mates always see me on here and go oh I've heard and visisted that site once in a while, then say "omg we were taxed on our bonus's, whys that!?!'

I think that you may be talking about a rather older "young generation" than most of us here. Not many people of 19-21 invest in the stock market or BTLs.

They do in Surrey. And if not, most aspire to.
Perhaps it varies according to the part of the country...

Lolz. I don't even know what the stock market is, or when it's open. My babe only knows about catalogues, coz you dont have to pay all at once which is a good money saving tip. Same with renting, at least if you trash it someone else has to pay the bill. lolz.

Buy to Let in Surrey? At 19-21? You're joking, aren't you?

Some homes are gifted over to avoid inheritance tax.
    So, unfortunately, no.
