External Hard Drive for PC back up

I'm currenttly looking for a durable and affordable external hard drive to back up my PC and Laptop.
Icurrently have loads of pictures and musics, so will be looking at 500gig capacity and don't want to spend more than £90 on this.
Haven't bakced up my C and laptop for 2 yrs now...... wonder how i left it so long.
any ideas please.

To be honest I would aim a bit higher for £90.
I am also in the market and there are quite a few 1tb models available for that price (Tesco even had some in this morning) but I think if you hunt around and keep your eye on the grabbit now forum and hot uk deals you could probably get a 1.5tb for your money in the next month or so.

Not saving you money but getting you 3x your original capacity.

You can be cheaper, you can buy more space for the money. What you can't buy is the reliability. The brand name. It's the Sony / Honda of external disk drives.
