Orange have been fiddling with pop settings again

Couldn't receive my orange emails using OE today so checked their site. Once again they have changed the settings. If you cannot receive emails with OE you will have to change the pop setting to pop.orangehome.co.uk
You may have to change the smtp to smtp.orangehome.co.uk to send mail but in my case it will still send only when set to smtp.ntlworld.com

Thats great! couldnt get mine since Thursday, been checking through orange webmail. Why on earth dont they tell us these changes?!

Because people just moan and don't take their business elsewhere so they don't feel the need to.
In any event it is a bad mistake to use ISP email as it simply ties you down to them. Your own domain and email or a free service such as Gmail is the way to go.0
