IP Touch technical help

Hopefully someone can help me. I have some music in folders which are not rips of CDs of anything, I have made them using Magix software which records Vinyl.

THe problem is, I have put these albums into individual folders and when I input the folder into itunes, it puts all of the tracks into one place and so I have 36 tracks listed together.

How do I stop it doing this? It's driving me mad!

Select the tracks you want together, right click, choose "get Info" and enter an album title.

Thanks Marty, it's been bugging me for a couple of weeks! I don't think the ipod touch is very user friendly.

now i'm not an apple fanboy, but i think the ipods are one of the best user friendly devices i have ever used.

take (for example) some of the generic mp3 players you can get, the manuals are often badly translated and the user interface of the device may be horrible. one of my old MP3 players took me a few hours to work out even though i'm a very techie type person.
