skyeurope vs. bank vs. liquidator vs. bank???

hello,
because Skyeurope gone bust and I paid about £250for flight ticked I didn't have a chance to use them, so I checked this cool website, where I found an information about chargeback, cause I paid by visa debit card.

So I contacted my bank, filled up a form and now I receive a letter where they ask me that
they need a copy of the letter from the liquidator advising me to contact the credit card company.and that if I'm unable to contact the liquidator, that I have to contact trading standards to obtain the address of the liquidator.

but I wrote them already before that all advise I got from skyeurope is that announcement:

SkyEurope suspends its operations

Dear Guests
Please be advised that SkyEurope has suspended its sales and operations immediately.
Those of you who have purchased flights with a credit card, please turn to your credit card issuing bank to seek refunds for unused portions of SkyEurope's flights.
In case you have paid directly to SkyEurope in other means than credit card (e.g. bank transfer, cash), please be advised that a refund may not be possible.
If you have ordered your flight tickets via a travel agency or organizer, you should discuss the matter with them first.
If you are already at the destination or have rented a car through SkyEurope's business partner, you may stay at the hotel and use the vehicle during the period originally agreed. You must, however, order a return flight from some other airline at your own expense.
You may also wish to contact your insurance provider to seek further guidance and support.
We regret for the inconvenience that have been caused to you.

so already on that website is advice for all costumers to contact the credit card company, isn't it? how can whoever liquidator write all those thousands of costumers just to advise them to contact the credit company??? and does it help to prove anything? I sent my bank that invoice, bank statement and there are all informations about my case..so what more do they want from me? they sure have better sources how to investigate than me, haven't they? how can I react, to get my money back?

please help

thanks
