    This is the best site out of the lot. The others didnt come up with many searches but this one came up with loads of history. Just found out my vendors bought the house for £60k in 2000!

    These sites, without exception, get a data 'feed' from either Land Registry or Registers of Scotland 2-3 months after the sale has been recorded by the selling solicitor.

    They show the final selling price.
