What about AFTER April 2007?

Looking around the net, this is being emphasised. If you have taken out a loan, ppi etc. before April 2007, then you/we may be able to reclaim. What if you had taken some after after this date? Still a chance, or don't bother?

Oh, and if paperwork says one thing (which you've signed for) but pushy salesmen say another and usher you through differing options, how would you go about proving what was said and how?

Thanx.

You can claim what? If you are on about PPI you can make a complaint if you think you have good reason for any year and before 2007. On 14th jan 2005 all sales of insurance were regulated so specific rules were in place at the time of sales. Even before that if the company were a bank for instance there were rules they had to follow or if the company were a member of the General Insurance Standards Council then again you can take your complaint to the FOS if you make a complaint and they do not uphold in your favour.

    Hi there

I agree with Marshallka, if you have a reclaim within PPI then give it a go, it does not actually matter when you taken this out really, some have been successful with their PPI reclaims as from the late 1990's, yet depending on if the business were covered as such, as Marshallka stated in her post. And even being mis sold now you can still reclaim.

    No harm in trying.;)
