Just wanted to praise the people on the online helpdesk today who helped me sort something out.
Basically the accounts were not linking up together and I wanted to be able to view all my accounts instead of having 2 log ons.
Turned out, one was set up with my first name initial, the other one with my first name and second name initial.
In no time at all I was able to link them together and now can easily transfer between them.
