faulty trampoline

Hi guys,

Wasnt too sure of where to post so i hop ive posted in the right place if not please move to the correct place.

I purchased a 8ft trampoline for my 6yo in june this year from outdoor toys direct. We didnt actually put the trampoline together till about three weeks ago. The trampoline had been great and my little one has been playing on it now n again. Today I my little one went out to play and came in to tell me all the metal has bended on it and the trampoline has lifted from one side:eek::eek::eek: it looks awful. What do I do????????? its a brand new trampoline i paid £140.00 for it.

Please help thankyou!

Xx x

  • Er, get in touch with the retailer and tell them that damage after occasional use doesn't constitute fit-for-purpose? They may be willing to replace it but if you don't ask you'll never know. After shelling out £140 just to not use it seems a bit lavish to me, but what do I know?
  • Yeah, i'd tell them you want a refund and deffinately not a replacemet. That is very dangerous!
