Brought hoover 6 mths ago now faulty, 1 year gauratee

I brought a hoover of ebay in febuary from a seller who just sells hoovers etc, they r a bussiness too, the hoover has a yr gaurntee as well, well the hover is now playing up and i have read that i have to pay for the postage to send back which will be about £15, do you think i can do anything about paying for this postage as i cant get this to the post office as i work full time and also suffer with my back any ideas ?
