Cannot receive Outlook emails (Orange)

Is anyone else with Orange Broadband (I know, not the best
) experiencing trouble receiving emails today? I've tried to ring them and can't get through due to a heavy volume of calls. They mention email problems, so I'm presuming the problem is their end.
Just wondering if I have to do anything my end, or if it will be put right by them.
Sending is not a problem, just receiving, when I'm getting the following message up :-
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.wanadoo.co.uk', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
Any advice appreciated.

Urgh! Don't get me started on "Orange"!! (4weeks to get ADSL reconnected!)

Anyhoo!
Try the orange website and see if you can log in to the webmail page.
If you can then you might just need to wait an hour or so to get your mail. (if Outlook fails to connect, it can take a while for the mailbox at Orange's end to realize that nothing is happening and to accept outlook connection again.)Laters

I cannot get email thru outlook but did by logging into the portal
It may be something to do with the merger with T mobile? Just a thought.0 -
I have had problems this morning and changed my POP3 to pop.orangehome.co.uk and it started working, seems they have had problems HTH0
