Disgusted at Tesco Product Placement

Options
I have just bean to my local Tesco and must say they have a rear thrust at their marketing! I don't mind in your face shelf placement and appropriate products being tagged together, such and Cheese and Pickles, Bacon and Eggs. But does the placement of Andrex Pocket Toilet Paper next to the Baked Beans.

I ask you, will this be a rear wind of change that is expected to sweep our land.

(One ponders what they will put next to the Chicken Tikka)

The baby aisle is best for that. In ours, we have pizza cutters, knives, pastry brushes and cheese graters!

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

The ASDA near us had baby clothes opposite the lager during the moving about so that they could get the Easter eggs in.

  • most of the things that seem inappropriate are the ones that sre not shelf stacked but the little strips of things hanging in the middle of the aisles - i saw a potatoe peeler in sainsburys the other day in the beauty aisle..
