guardian rough guide offer - book not received

I took advantage of the Guardian rough guide offer back in July and posted a cheque to cover P + P, which has been cashed.
To date I still havent receieved anything and don't have any contact details for the company to chase it up.
Did anyone take advatnage of this offer and actually ever get their chosen rough guide?

The obvious people to complain to are the Guardian. Write to their consumer complaints column in their Money section in the Saturday Guardian.0
