How to take right off cat D, and how to do insurance for cat D

thanks i just took a quote online for my car and it make a £600 difference . with cat D right off 1000 and without catD right off 1600. if i sell for 1000 and then make a loss of £400.

its loss for me in this recession time. or shall i sue the person who tell me lies about this car. he sold this on ebay. everything on ebay seems to me crap.

no i asked him many times, he said its something to do with finances and car had never accident. then he insist me to come and have a look at car. also he said there would not be any issue with insurance and told me his insurance. on believing his words and i bought the car . but on furhter investigating i found in hpi its accidented in dec 2008. and cat D right off. Then i rang to my insurance company they cancel my policy straight away and i was using esure from last 2-3 years because they were giving me cheap quote all the time.

When rang him again that you lied then he said it never been accident. i take to garage they told me from where it had damaged.

His brother told me it is inspected by email but after that they are not replying at all.

Complain to ebay and see if they can help. Probably one for the ebay / motoring boards now as its not really an insurance issue.

it looks to me late. in this all process and due to busy in work i am bit late now. its about month a more i bought the car.

now i got knowledge about cat D, services and car condition. Before this i got no idea about these terms.

will see how the car goes. if the car goes ok then it is fine. otherwise few issues with the car. like timing belt has not changed and he said its changed. crank shaft seal notice to be leak.

Now i got some idea what to check before buying used car but its late
