Linda please can I pick your brains? I've broken two teeth in the last month- hasn't hurt at all but a bit depressing. I'm not registered with a dentist and am struggling to find an NHS one. What sort of treatment options and cost am I looking at... and most importantly how much is it going to hurt? Sorry if totally off topic all!Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines

Difficult to say without seeing them.
If they are badly broken and there's no pain then it could be that the nerve inside the tooth was already dead or 'non vital'
It's usually a choice of restoring them which may involve root fillings and crowns or removing them.
A dentist would probably x-ray to see if the roots and surrounding bone support is healthy.
Are the broken teeth wobbly at all?

Well I was down at the church to help with the Men's Breakfast at 6.30 this morning. :A Bonus was that I got a full English for free so don't need food today.
My friend is dragging me to the football this afternoon. Gorgeous day to waste watching men kicking a ball about. Never been and never really wanted to but ......

If the dentist has recommended it for you for a specific condition then do use it but if the staining does occur your dentist should be happy to see you to clean it up

It's almost laughable! like if you had a good root around in your coat pockets there's bound to be a roll of notes to that value in there somewhere.
fess up, you're just not looking hard enough are you? Has it slipped through into the coat lining? :rotfl:

Thanks Linda - not thought of checking the linings.
You made me laugh!
It's just so annoying when I am trying hard to sort things out and all I get is threatening letters saying I am not co-operating! I refuse to phone an 0845 number and speak to an Indian call centre that hasn't got a clue!0
