Yep, not long till goal now, approx 40lbs then you will get the real before and afters Going to attempt it for my birthday. I am not doing the balloon thing now (dont know if you read those posts) because of the costs and the councils restrictions So instead I am going to design myself a tattoo of the number 100 to have on goal day :j Hoep it doesnt hurt as I have never had one before :cool:

did read about the balloon thing but didn't know it was for that....I think a tattoo is a better idea though as it is a permanent reminder of how far you have come and what you have achieved....:beer:

Yes, I decided on that because its like the final 'release' iyswim. However for the cost and the red tape it certainly swayed me to my second choice of a tattoo. Plus it will always be there as a reminder and will stop me falling into bad habbits
