Is anyone else watching Casualty? How did Curtis die? I think I must have missed the last episode of the last series. And who's the new blonde doctor? I think she used to be in the Bill, but I've got a feeling she might have been a doctor's daughter in this before?

Going out in half an hour, don't feel much like it but I could do to get out and I know I'll enjoy it once I'm there. It's just a covers band in a pub so I can sit down with a half, and we're only going for the last hour anyway.

Didn't realise how close to Rio's in Leeds you are Ames.

Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
