I feel like that on a Friday night, growing up it was always a Friday night that my parents went out. I've never been into the clubbing/weekend out thing though, so it's not something I can miss. It just creeps up on me when I realise I haven't been out for however long, it can be any night of the week though.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I think that is a big part of it, you spend all week looking forward to the weekend and then sit in watching the box.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
