Rbs no response

Hi all, RBS have been most unhelpful during phone calls regarding my £751 charges within 7 months. The woman on the phone said go ahead and try to claim the charges back", so i hung up and done exactly that.I already had all of my statements online so detailed the dates and amounts of charges in the template on here requesting contact within 7 days of receipt of the letter.I sent it recorded delivery to my branch manager but have had nothing back.This was over 2 weeks ago.What do i do now??

Don't send it to the branch manager who has no power to do anything on Bank charges whatsoever. Furthermore, here is the right address to send the letter to:
