2. COMPETITION QUESTION:

3. PRIZE:
There will be one prize. The prize shall consist of:
The prize winner and a friend/family member joining Martin Roberts at a property auction to take place at the Clifton Pavilion, Bristol Zoo Gardens (College Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 3HH) on the 13th of October. Arrival/auction start time will be confirmed with the winner once the competition has closed.

4. SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:
All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK.

All entrants must have the internet service bill payer’s permission prior to entering.

Transportation, accommodation and refreshments are not included in the Prize.

UKTV shall not be responsible for any advice given by Martin Roberts and the winner accepts that reliance on such advice shall be entirely at the winner's own risk.


5. COMPETITION PERIOD:
The Competition will be open between 12.00 on 11th September 2009 and 12.00 on 28th September 2009.

Any entries received outside of the Competition Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid but you may still be charged for the entry where costs apply.

6. WINNER SELECTION:
The Prize winner will be the first correct entry to be selected at random after the end of the Competition Period from all correct and eligible entries received.

The Prize winner must claim their prize by successfully responding to the Promoter’s notification within 7 days of the Promoter’s first notification being sent.

7. METHOD OF ENTRY & COST:
You can enter this competition free of charge on the UKTV Website at lovehome.co.uk. You may need to register yourself, free of charge, on the Website.

8. ENTRY LIMITATIONS:
Only one entry per person is allowed and multiple entries will result in an entrant being disqualified. Where a winner has been selected and UKTV discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has made more than one entry, UKTV shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner. Any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions but may have a shorter time period to claim the Prize.
