Unwanted Pond/Tadpoles/Goldfish

Hello people
I have a small pond in the garden of the house I have just moved into. The garden is a bombsite and the pond has been left to fester somewhat whilst people moved out/I moved in etc etc.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, it looks like there are THOUSANDS of tadpoles in there. The 2 goldfish look very fat and I doubt they will eat the lot. The surface of the pond literally bubbles with the things. As I am going to be getting rid of the pond what the hell should I do with the fish? None of my mates have ponds. I want to do something before I get an army of frogs in my small back garden! The tadpoles don't have legs yet but it won't be long! HELP!

well personaly i would just take them to a local 'public' pond or simply the river.. it may not be ideal but its better than killing them all.0

alternatively take the fish to your local aquatic/pet centre. They will take them off your hands for free0

How about offering the tadpoles to the local school? I know my son used to have some in his class every year

how about freecycle? Someone would probably have the whole thing, pond liner, fish and all.Frogs wont stay in a new pond unless started from taddy's so someone is bound to be interested.0
