Tune Hotels have now opened their Bali Hotels for bookings, we just got 5 nights in Feb for £10 ish, will go well with out £12 Air Asia retun flights to KL:j

HOWEVER it seems (at present) that you can't book with an International credit card online, so phone bookings only. I emails my booking details and they phoned me back for the credit card number (pre-paid currency card with minimal balance). Can you see a Brit hotel phoning Indonesia to secure a £10 booking?

First time for us so can't help on that one I'm afraid but as we're in the area
(KL-Just back from Oz) thought we'd give it a look at these prices.0 -

Flights lots of time so watch https://www.airasia.com Stanstead -KL
then same airline to Bali.
£280 return of less would have been possible this year at some times not sure about July though.0 -

Weather in July will be great - their seasons match ours so it's a good time to go.
Kuta is the liveliest resort - jumping with Ozzies...
Sanur is a lovely quiet beach resort which has a nice balance of restaurants and a few bars with lovely beaches
Ubud is in the mountains and I wouldn't recommend it be the base for your holiday - more somewhere that you would spend a couple of nights.
I'm happy to answer any Bali questions so PM me.... also try the TripAdvisor forums as they are full of loads of useful information.0 -
Having stayed in Tune Hotels in Malaysia I would pay the extra next time. The one i stayed at was out of the way of anywhere and snidey.0
