problem with additional account on orange webmail

Hi, I just decided to add our additional email accounts to orange webmail.
First one went on ok and was checked but for some reason I cannot add another one from the same email provider (yahoo).
First one added is relatively new but the one I cannot add is quite a few years old.
Any ideas out there?

Can you log into the account that cannot be added correctly via the yahoo mail website?
If yes have you double checked for silly mistakes in the input? Such as interchanging ./@ or using .com instead of .co.uk .0 -
yes i can log into the account via yahoo, and no there were no mistakes in the input.I'm at a loss I've tried all sorts PinkPunkBird 0
