Ever hear of additional passenger insurance?

Thanks Raskazz.
Astoroth - its the inference that passengers will not be able to claim in the event of an accident that I have an issue with. Passengers are always innocent parties (unless they've attempted to take control of the vehicle) so have a valid claim against the negligent party, whether this is the driver of the vehicle they are travelling in or a third party.
Are back seat drivers innocent as well?0 -
They have said passengers aren't covered in a claim if you don't take it out. We asked if we did not take it out will we still be legal to have passengers they said yes, But were will not cover them in a claim.
I am sending them a letter as I do think there just trying to sell us cover we do not did all so, We changed from a 1998 polo group 5 to a 1999 106 diesel which is a group 3.
So the cars 2groups lower 3bhp lower 4months newer and £80 more to insure plus the £20 fee.0
