Hi there
I have no idea why but I am thinking of applying for the Paypal Credit Card, annoying thing is it is phone application only, has anyone applied for one yet? if so...
1) were you successful
2) what was your credit limit
3) Was it an instant decision.
Thanks in advance for any info

Answers as follows;
1. No
2. N/A
3. Yes
They seem to use a different / harsh credit check/criteria if you ask me.
Have no problems with credit at all, not been turned down, no major applications recently etc etc ....
Straight afterwards being rejected for the PayPal one, I applied online for the Barclaycard 0 for 10 offer and was accepted !
Cheers

Hi,
In answer to your questions;
1 - Yes.
2 - £2,500 I believe, although I haven't yet had that figure in writing.
3 - Yes, virtually instant, including advising of credit limit.
I got it for the lack of balance transfer charge, although I know there are others with longer interest free periods, this just came along at the right time and needed no messing about. Paperwork is currently going through and everything seems OK. I was unsure about applying as a recent re-mortgage (Applied 6 months ago but only just made 2nd repayment) may have had adverse effect on my record, but there was no problem.
If you need another card give it a try.
