    No, it's too late for that now, you've already given the OR details of the car and they will already be well on their way to deciding what to do with the plate.

    The only thing you can do it try to prove that it's not your plate, even though you've been using it.

    Oh, and it was me who kept a private plate with no questions from the OR, but TBH it didn't even enter my mind that the OR would see it as an asset and the OR didn't ask about it.

    Just re-read my post - sorry Peachy, wasn't meaning that you kept it from the OR intentionally, just as you said you didn't mention it as you didn't think to - exactly the same as me :o
