Welcome finance ppi please help dont know what to do!!!!

im gonna be honest we went to welcome unaware how bad they are..so a lesson has been learnt,but the more i think about it little things that welcome did in our loan interview i should have picked up on..1. i saw a SHOPPERCHECK a4 poster on there wall 2. when we signed our agreement the muppet printed my name on the form with his own pen before i signed it. 3.there insistence for phone numbers[ so they can bugg the life out of you]my loan with welcome was quite small ,ive read of people who,s lifes are made a misery by these money grabbing bottom feeders, i go past the middlesbrough office every day and would love to go in and give my nemesis a hearty kiss and hug:rotfl::rotfl:but unfortunetly we can only keep our relation going by phone:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

so as my loan was done in december 2008 can i claim the ppi was misold.. basicaly we were told we had to take it as we couldnt have the loan otherwise

You have a good reason there and you should have been given the option.

its cost and the interest of the ppi that amazed me:eek:although what will i gain from the misold ppi? surely they will take it off but surely the compensation wouldnt go anywhere would it,? like a said before there is a shortage of welcome signitures on the loan agreement..no date of the AGREEMENT, to be honest i dont even know if the agreement is legal?ive hadno phone calls as yet ..but as its the end of the month next week perhaps m from middlesbrough will ring again.......................................................................................:beer:

definetly told we had to take the ppi before the loan could be authourised i was there and my wife was also present..im pretty sure the guy who did the loan is the same idiot that keeps phoning me ..its quite annoying as they just dont give up..

im still waiting for the house call i was promised a few fridays ago ..and the saturday call ....and the sunday call..in fact on the saturday morning i did get a phone call saying" we dont make idle threats" so i went back to my recorded voice mail and yep they didnt come friday...so mr welcome feel free to call anytime im not going anywhere!

Welcome were regulated from 23/02/03 so if your loan was prior to this please read the thread not covered by the FOS as this is exactly what Im doing now. I spoke to the FSA and they have told me that I have to investigate the broker/underwriter of the loan, but my problem is how do I find this out as i dont have the agreement.

would this mean that i would have to contact welcome finance and ask for a copy of my agreement?

You could get all the information by requesting a SAR from them. This is all the information going back 6 years (although some have had stuff going back further than 6 years included in SAR's). This costs you £10 though and you have to allow them 40 days to supply it.

ive also noticedthat my agreement is missing signatures and after some research othe welcome account holders have the same problem.. usealy there is a signature missing from the ppi and there is an absence of dates..id bet that if when welcome dicide to get back in touch[ probably next week ..end of month and all so M from middlesbrough be a good muppetanddont bother to phone me..im sure you welcome goons probably haunt sites like this to see what us customers write about you!
