Can my partner claim jobseekers? (I'm a student)

Hi I was hoping someone can help me!
I'm trying to claim jsa but my partner is living with me and she is an international student on a student visa in full time study at uni. we don't have any shared savings or accounts, or any single payments. I was wondering if that will affect my claim in any way. She is unable to work in this country and has no access to public funds and has no NI number and no uni loans or grants. but I just want to claim for myself. please help!0 -
This is a very old thread. You will probably get a better response if you start a new thread of your own.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
